Hampton Inn

Hampton Inn & Suites, located in the heart of Downtown Gainesville’s Historic District, is the first hotel and conference center facility in the Gainesville downtown. Originally the site of City Parking Lot 9, this 0.49-acre property was redeveloped into a hotel and conference center with 124 guest rooms, 1700-sf of conference space, and retail space on the ground floor. This project is one of the many downtown redevelopment projects for which BCI has provided civil engineering design and permitting services.
