Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens Pharmacy was constructed in the Jonesville area in unincorporated Alachua County. The project consisted of a 14,490 SF retail building on a 1.3 acre site. The site included 72 parking spaces and a double drive-through lane. The project was part of the larger Jonesville Plaza commercial development, designed and permitted by BCI. The project included offsite roadway improvements to adjacent NW 140th Terrace, a county roadway that was completely renovated.
