41 Commerce Park

41 Commerce Park is an industrial subdivision in the corporate limits of the City of Newberry in Alachua County, Florida. This 20-lot industrial subdivision is located on 42 acres adjacent to the Atlantic Coastline Railroad. Brown & Cullen provided planning, civil engineering design, permitting services, and construction administration for this project. The industrial subdivision contains streets with side swale drainage and a master retention basin. Underground potable water and central sewer connections were installed to provide the industrial users appropriate utility services. Permitting included: stormwater management permitting with Suwannee River Water Management District, FDEP permitting for potable water & wastewater, NPDES permitting, Electric system coordination with Clay Electric Co-Op, and site development permitting with the City of Newberry.
