The Enclave

The Enclave, located between Old Archer Road and SW 35th Place, is one of Gainesville’s largest student multi-family residential communities. The Enclave includes 412 units on 37.5 acres and was constructed as the 2nd Phase of the Gainesville Place Apartment Community, all of which have been designed and permitted by BCI. The Enclave surrounds beautiful Enclave Lake, along with other natural wetlands on site, provide many scenic views. The complex contains many recreational amenities including a large clubhouse, fitness center, pool, sand-volleyball areas, and picnic areas. Brown & Cullen provided overall master planning, site civil engineering design and permitting, and construction phase services for this multi-family residential project.
