Catholic Charities Corporate Headquarters

Catholic Charities of Gainesville is a non-profit organization within the Diocese of St. Augustine. Due to their growth in services, Catholic Charities needed to replace their corporate offices in Gainesville, Florida. Brown & Cullen provided land planning and civil engineering services for the design of their new 8,000+SF building, complete with associated parking, on-site stormwater management facilities, and utility infrastructure. With the property initially part of the Northgate Office Complex, BCI worked with the owners of the properties involved to obtain a lot split for this property from the City of Gainesville. After the lot split was granted, BCI provided civil engineering design and permitting services to develop the new corporate office, which was a beautiful addition to the older office complex.
