UF Eastside Campus Master Plan

Brown & Cullen provided master planning services to the University of Florida for the development of an overall Master Plan for the University of Florida’s Eastside campus. This project was initiated in coordination with the University of Florida’s (UF) Facilities Planning & Construction Division (FPC). The Master Plan provided was a detailed site layout plan, complete with building placement, roadway and parking infrastructure, sidewalks, site utility infrastructure, master stormwater management design and permitting, and overall site utilization. The Master Plan was developed to provide specific design detailing necessary to develop a well-coordinated vision, yet also maintain desired flexibility for a long-range build-out.
