Christ Community Church

Christ Community Church is located in western Alachua County on the east side of SW 122nd St. (Parker Road). Brown & Cullen provided master planning and civil engineering design services for this project, which included a new 12,500 SF Sanctuary and multi-purpose building, as well as the renovation of an existing home on the property to serve as a Youth Ministry Building. The project development included both paved and grass stabilized parking, new utility infrastructure including a new wastewater lift station, stormwater management facilities, and landscape improvements. The project design anticipated future classroom expansions and on site recreational facilities. The project was permitted through Alachua County, GRU and the St. Johns River Water Management District.
