Norman H. Lipoff Hall, home of the Hillel Student Center, was completed in October 2004, and is located on W. University Avenue across from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. The Center provides 23,000 SF of area and includes an Art Gallery, Library, Museum, Conference Rooms, Sports Lounge, a Dining Room, and plenty of study space for students. The Center serves as a community center for Jewish campus life for students from both Santa Fe College and the University of Florida.

Brown & Cullen provided project master planning and the civil engineering design and permitting services for the project. The project site was the original location of the 50-year old Hillel House, complete with mature landscaping. Preservation of two heritage Live Oak Trees (42” and 60” diameter) were paramount for the project design. The Live Oak trees continue to thrive, adding character and beauty to the property.
