Town of Tioga PD

The Town of Tioga is an extremely successful award-winning residential Planned Development (PD), designed in accordance with the principles of traditional town planning. Located on a 279 acre property in western Alachua County, this planned development includes a Town Center with 80,000 SF of retail and office space, restaurants, fitness center, educational space, and multi-family housing, community center with a pool and recreation facilities, and 452 single family residential homes.
